Dear blog readers,
I would like to invite you to the above event, which will take place on 19 April 2022 in London from 1 to 6pm. It is possible to attend the event either in-person or online. Please see all details and the registration form here. Access to the conference is free.
The event will have two main sessions:
- Session 1: Antitrust concerns in Ad Tech: What we know and what comes next (with Brice Allibert (DG COMP), Pascal Deschamps (ADLC); Matt Wheatland (MailOnline), Romain Job (Smart AdServer), Mikael Hervé (CRA) and I).
- Session 2: Online advertising and Privacy: how can antitrust help and is all competition worth protecting? (with Chris Jenkins (CMA), Fiona Scott Morton (Yale), Dina Shrinivasan (Yale), Liza Gormsen (BIICL), Oliver Latham (CRA) and Tom Smith (Geradin Partners)).
This event is timely considering the recent Privacy Sandbox decision of the CMA, but also the pending investigations by DG COMP and the CMA regarding Google and Meta’s practices.
I hope to see many of you!
